Bolivar Square Armenia is located almost in the center of the physical map of the city, the plaza was the first of Armenia where settlers made their meeting place for market and supply water through a sluice. Bolivar Square is a meeting place for schools, military, churches, government, police exalting patriotic and cultural values. In 1930 it was called Plaza de Bolivar legal mandate as a tribute to the Liberator of Colombia, Simon Bolivar, it has a bronze statue of El Libertador, standing with his suit and his libertarian patriot sword. This square is surrounded by cafes to enjoy a delicious Colombian coffee, hotels, banks and travel agencies, is the start of Open Skies Mall.
